Nuremberg, May 21, 2008. CAN in Automation (CiA) has scheduled a CANopen seminar in Houston, TX on September 17, 2008. The one-day seminar provides an overview of the CANopen higher-layer protocol. CANopen is the standardized CAN-based higher-layer protocol for embedded networks (EN 50325-4). The information provided will enable development engineers and system integrators to judge if CANopen is suitable for their application.
