FKI Logistex® (www.fkilogistex.com), a global leader in integrated material handling solutions, announces that it has appointed Ed Zahler as director of projects for its Atlanta regional office. Zahler will now manage the project team responsible for integrated system sales featuring FKI Logistex hybrid aisle-changing cranes.

A company veteran with 30 years of material handling automation experience at FKI Logistex, Zahler has held a variety of engineering and project management staff and management positions with the company since his hire in 1974. He brings a broad range of systems integration expertise to his new post, which is effective immediately. Zahler holds a Bachelor of Aerospace Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
